CHIme TECHNIQUE

Human health tends to ebb and flow.

When it ebbs, we feel fatigued, dragging around listless bodies through monotonous days.

Lack of motivation turns into a lack of mobility, which invites the presence of persistent pains.

Of course, chronic pain drains our energy and motivation.

And the spiral continues.

Allowing this cycle to go on without remedy inevitably leads to disease and dysfunction.

Our thoughts, emotions and physical well-being are inextricably linked, and a cycle of disrepair in any area brings the rest of the Self along for the ride.

Chronic pain leads to chronic depression, stagnation and further health complications.

CHIme Technique works to energize the body.

I will help you relieve pain and increase focus through breathing and identifying belief formation.

CHIme then works to dissolve patterns that cause blocks in your body that interfere with the flow of energy and lead to health issues.

A typical CHIme session will begin with dialogue around self and health, followed by breathing and movement exercises and meditation to create a pathway to what’s next.

Changing the Whole

Through targeted meditation, you develop a sense of identity and relatedness to your environment and learn to name and attract those resources you need to begin to make immediate changes in your life.

Your health will improve as will your awareness and ability to connect with others, have fun and enjoy life.

We work together with CHIme Technique to understand this very important relationship between the mind and the body and the formation of beliefs so that we may achieve our health and life objectives.

Participants in CHIme Technique will:

  • Build a sustained sense of presence as a guide to everyday life.
  • Energize the body/mind to manage pain, stress and threats to health.
  • Use intuition to understand and work with desired outcomes.

CHIme technique is a highly effect method used in working with Military Veterans and Teenagers in particular.

Military Veterans

Where is “normal?”

As a military veteran, you may experience relationship issues both with yourself and others. Identity, purpose and self-worth may be recurring themes as you seek to readjust to civilian life.

Society may no longer align with the ideas and values that you committed to and fought for.

Who you are now, the collection of experiences and sacrifices you made, may not be fully recognized by society and you can no longer relate to it.

Finding Connection

Traumatic experiences, PTSD, survivors’ guilt and physical handicap due to injuries sustained in combat add to this feeling of disconnectedness.

CHIme Technique first helps you to rediscover and reintegrate the self. We will then work with you to help reestablish relatedness and connectedness which is essential to starting the healing process.

Teenagers

Life is a continuous lesson.

As you grow, you experience, and you learn.

As a teenager, you are experiencing hormonal changes, academic and social challenges that at times can seem overwhelming.

Many issues arise dealing with body image, sexual identity, gender identity, substance use and sleep.

The concept of identity is particularly important at this stage as things are in a constant state of flux or change.

Coming into your Own

CHIme Technique has been used to address issues dealing with gender identity in Teenagers by applying specific movement patterns and dialogue to the concept of self, communication and expression.

Our movements, meditation and dialogue are directed toward fostering belief in yourself. You will begin to follow your heart and live courageously in the moment as you are right now.

I can help you discover different modes of expression and communication and walk the path of optimism.

You will change the world to conform to who you are.

Stop being a victim to your own patterns.

Learn a method that can revitalize your body and revolutionize your belief structures.

The CHIme Technique will help you step into the latent power that lies within.
